Our hours of operation are 7am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.  We are also open from 7am to 10am on Saturdays.  We are usually present at the shop before our opening hours, and usually stay after our closing hours.

The cost of your shipment depends on weight and size, but a small package is less than $15. Lethbridge to Vauxhall is under $20. If you would like a quote on your shipment, call us at (403) 223-2134 or use our contact page.

For shipments leaving Lethbridge bound for Taber, our cutoff times are: 9:30AM, 12PM, and 4:30PM.  For shipments outbound from Taber, our cutoff times are 9:30AM and 3:30PM.  These are the last minute times, and we request that if possible, let us know about the shipment as soon as possible, as it makes it easier to plan our pickups as efficiently as possible.

As with the majority of trucking companies, we charge by weight.  However, we must account for the size of a shipment in our trucks.  Imagine if we had a customer who wished to send 2000 helium balloons.  That order would come close to filling an entire trailer, but would weigh nothing on the scale.  That is why freight companies use "cubed weight".  For every cubic foot, we calculate a minimum weight of 10 LBS.  For example, a shipment that is 3 feet deep, 2 feet wide, and 5 feet tall, that would be 30 cubic feet.  At ten pounds per cubic foot, our example shipment would be cubed to 300 LBS.  Most shipments weigh more than their cubic weight, but shipments that contain a lot of empty space will often be rated by their cubic weight.

There are a few reasons why this is not practical for our service.  Many of our local shipments are delivered within a couple of hours after they are entered in our computer system, thus limiting the usefulness of tracking.  Shipments that are handed off to our partners are assigned tracking numbers that vary widely depending on the partner carrier that handles the shipment. Integrating our website with their databases would be difficult to coordinate, and quite frankly, those companies would likely not allow us access to their servers.  However, the benefit of using our services is that with a single phone call we can tell you where your shipment is within our system.
